Langkah 1 — Setup
Pilih periode closing untuk accrue. Tools akan generate XLSX yang siap di-import langsung ke Odoo.
Upload CSV "P&L Tribe Rental" — tools otomatis bikin journal accrual: 1 entry per vendor, credit ke 2.10020 Accrued EV Rent, debit per tribe (analytic ikut) ke COA section (EV Rent / 4W / Battery). Tribe yang belum ke-map analytic ditandai merah. Set Closing Month dulu. Section "Driver's Fee" belum didukung. Cek COA & balance sebelum export.
Punya file Excel format template Journal Entry Odoo? Upload di sini — entry-nya auto-keisi ke Langkah 2. Kode akun dicocokin ke COA Dash; yang nggak cocok ditandai merah untuk dicek.
Langkah 2 — Journal Entries
Buat entry accrue. Setiap entry harus balanced (total Debit = total Credit). Klik + Add Entry untuk tambah entry baru.
Langkah 3 — Export XLSX
Download file XLSX yang format-nya sudah sesuai template Odoo Journal Entry. Import langsung ke Odoo — Accounting → Journal Entries → Import.
